I’m Fraser, founder of Summit Seekers Fitness — a CrossFit Level 2 coach, Level 3 PT, and endurance athlete.

I help young professionals who feel stuck in routine and disconnected from fitness to rediscover training, progress, and confidence.

My 8 week online programs are built for busy people who once loved sport but lost time and motivation.
