I’m Fraser, a CrossFit Level 2 instructor, Level 3 PT , endurance athlete, and founder of Summit Seekers.

My mission is to help you "Reach Your Summit," whether that’s finishing an Ironman, running a marathon, or hitting new personal bests in the gym.

With years of experience in endurance sports—from Ironman triathlon, marathons and even CrossFit competitions—I’m here to guide you through your fitness journey. Whether you're preparing for an event or just want to take your fitness to the next level, I offer personalised online coaching and in-person sessions across Scotland.

At Summit Seekers, we believe fitness is about more than just workouts; it’s about the climb. My training programmes, including the Functional Fitness to Full-Length Triathlon programme, are designed to build strength, resilience, and confidence.

No matter what your summit looks like, I’ll be there to help you break through barriers, push your limits, and achieve what you once thought was impossible.
